    of day, at a specific place or with particular foods?

  • Pay attention to other diners when eating out. Do you notice that most
    people tend to rush through meals and under-chew?

  • Put down your utensil between bites. If you’re eating with your hands,
    remember that your next bite isn’t going anywhere. Take your time.
