We give you everything you need, but we don’t overwhelm you – and we keep it all online for easy access. While our site may be shiny and new, our philosophy is not – the 80Bites diet is based on 25 years of research, to be exact.
You may also be familiar with our sharp little 80Bites app – the original pedometer for your mouth. This handy bite-counting tool can be used on its own, or hand in hand with our Diet. Either way, it’s the first step in understanding your actual consumption and learning to eat consciously.
