Stick with the Classics

Diet trends change just as fast as fashion, and can be even harder to keep up with. Protein is in; carbs are so last decade. Superfoods are having a “moment”. And coconut water seems to be the must-have accessory for the season.

Mainstream dieting is a bit like being a fashion victim. You buy whatever the designers tell you is hot, shelling out money for whatever current trend is gracing store windows. If that woman on the street is wearing it, you have to have it too (even if it actually makes you look ridiculous)!

Then one day you invest in a classic staple – perhaps a well-fitted blazer or a little black dress – that will never go out of style. It fits, it’s fabulous, and it will last forever.
